Wireless TV Transmitter

Wireless TV Transmitter - More Watching, Less Wires

If you think that watching TV could not get any better with the invention of HD televisions, think again. Thanks to the continuous development of wireless technology, you can now enjoy your television experience all the more with a wireless TV transmitter.

Have you ever experienced missing out on thrilling parts of favourite show because something suddenly comes up that you have to leave the room? If you’re tired of always wondering who Horatio arrested in CSI or what punch line Barney Stinson said, then a wireless TV transmitter is the perfect thing for you!

A wireless TV transmitter relays signal from a television with wired connection to another one without any need for messy wires. Usually sends signal up to 150 feet, depending on the model and frequency range, the audio video sender just needs to be hooked up to the television with cable and the wireless receiver to the other tube. Having the wireless transmitter in your house is great when you have a lot of people coming over and there are not enough seats in front of the telly. With no messy wirings to deal with, the transmitter will not add clutter to your home. Easy to install and no wall drilling required, the price of this wireless gadget ranges at $100-$600.

Terk’s wireless TV transmitter, sold at a hundred dollars, is pretty impressive according to user reviews. Easy to set up and satisfactorily transmits audio and video, the product is useful in not only television to television AV transmission but also with other multimedia. A problem that expert techs found with this wireless transmitter is that it interferes with cordless phones because it operates on a 2.4 GHz frequency. The key in dealing with this downside is to turn the product on only when needed. That way, it also saves you electricity. Another con in purchasing this product is the “annoying” low buzz present when the antenna is not positioned properly. This can be easily solved by adjusting the antenna. However, in doing so two people would be needed: one to do the adjusting and another one to give feedback.

The transmitter from Philips is the best in the market. With a very stable connection, it can broadcast up to 4 HD devices without a single moment of interruption in transmission. Comes in a small box, you won’t need to worry about where to put this transmitter. The only downside to this great product is its price. While Terk’s can even be bought at a discounted price of $60, Philip’s wireless transmitter is being sold at $800. Sure, it’s the best out there. However, with its cost, you can get a better deal with a Sony DMX.

A wireless TV transmitter that sends clear audio and video is surely a great product. However, before getting any, be certain that what you’re purchasing is worth its price.
